Common rail fuel injection tube

由江蘇德邁克公司自主研發，現已成功接受無錫油泵研究所、德國Feless、日本臼井等權威公司和機構的試樣。
交貨狀態：強化前直管， 折彎成品
采用油拉技術，鋼管內空表面質量在P級，顆粒深度小于0.05mm。
未做強化的鋼管工作壓力可在800Bar以上， 強化后可承受1800Bar到2000Bar的工作壓力，爆破壓力在9000-10000Bar。

Developed based upon normal fuel injection tube, and increase the surface and mechanical condition to fit the common rail tube requirements. We have passed the test in WFIERI, German Felss Burger, USUI and other company and institute.

Delivery condition: Straight tubes before autofrettage or tube lines

Adopted oil to draw the tube which makes the surface smooth and inner surface can reach Q degree with granule weight below 1.5mg, size depth below 0.05mm.

Before autofrettage, the working pressure can above 800 bars. After autofrettage, working pressure can between 1800 to2000 bars, and burst pressure 9000bars to 10000 bars.
