High Pressure fuel injection Tube

江蘇德邁克公司制造的柴油機高壓油管質量可替代國外進口高壓油管。

1、耐高壓：采用油拉技術保證內外表面清潔，清潔度越高，承受的壓力越高，柴油的霧化更徹底，燃燒更充分，提高燃油經濟型，瞬間加速動力更大；我司普通油管的工作壓力下限在300BAR以上。

2、高精度：國內普通的高壓油管外徑公差+/-0.08mm， 我司生產的高壓油管的尺寸精度達到+/-0.05mm，甚至能達到+0.05/-0.00mm或者+0.00/-0.05mm；

3、高延伸性：具體表現在40%擴口無麻絲，壓扁無裂紋、折彎360度（折彎半徑mm）表面無裂紋，適合于更復雜的油路折彎。

Our quality of high pressure fuel injection tube for diesel engine is with high standard according to ISO8535,  DIN73000.
Withstand high pressure: The oil drawing process makes the surface smooth which can improve its pressure bearing ability and make the fuel atomization process more completely. Then again the fuel can be burned more completely which increases the fuel efficiency and enlarge the accelerate power. The normal working pressure of our tube can be above 300bar.

High precision: Our tube tolerance OD and ID can control to +0.05/-0 or +0/-0.05
High elongation: The elongation can be controlled above 40%. After flaring, no defects can be found. And no crack exists after complete flattening and bending.  The tube is suitable for complicate bending processing.
